Broker/owner, Rebekah Morgan proudly opened the doors of Heritage Oak Realty in early 2025. She worked for years as a real estate agent with Breitschopf-Cooper Realty who had been in the business for over half a century.

The name Heritage Oak Realty reflects our deep respect for tradition, strength, and lasting relationships. The oak tree—long recognized as a symbol of stability, wisdom, and endurance—represents the strong foundation on which our company is built.
Inspired by a beloved oak tree that holds special meaning to our owner, the name honors both personal roots and community heritage. As a child, Rebekah and her three siblings claimed this tree as their very first “real estate,” transforming it board by board and with many crooked nails into their own treehouse. That oak continues to stand tall outside her parents’ home today, serving as a constant reminder of family, perseverance, and the importance of building something that lasts.
