Shirley Breitschopf

Shirley Breitschopf has been in the real estate profession for 52 years and has witnessed the industry evolve from simple handshake transactions to detailed contracts with extensive pages and addendums. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to the community through both economic involvement and civic service. She has served on numerous boards and, in recognition of her lifetime of dedication, received the David B. Walshak Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024.

Shirley is also the co-founder of the IBCA-sanctioned First Shot Cookoff and Case Chili Cookoff and is a lifetime member of St. James Catholic Church, where she has served as Regent of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas. She continues to share her knowledge and experience by assisting clients as a consultant at Heritage Oak Realty.
